Kamloops welcomes Graham Funk

The Kamloops Canoe and Kayak Club is pleased to announce that Graham Funk has been hired as Coach and Camp Leader for the 2010 season.  Graham is a long-time member and supporter of the KCKC and has previously functioned as an employee in the capacity of Camp Instructor.  Graham brings National Level canoeing experience to the club and he is well versed in all of the club’s operations and protocols.  Graham is intimately familiar with training regimes, regatta logistics, and camp operations.  While Graham’s boat tying skills are a definite asset (something the executive still lacks!), his positive relationships with the athletes, parents and executive were seen a major plus.

KCKC looks forward to another successful racing season—look out !
