CKBC Announces 2010 BC Summer Games Team

CanoeKayak BC would like to introduce the attached as participants in the upcoming BC Summer Games in Langley and the newest members of our CanoeKayak BC alumnae.

After an absence of 12 years CanoeKayak will be participating in the upcoming BC Summer Games at 85% capacity, meeting minimal participation criteria and coaching certification levels in each of the 8 provincial zones.

This exciting event has inspired leadership from our young coaches and from previous multi sport Games participants who have eagerly volunteered to reach out to assist our younger members.  From the communities of Atlin, Smithers, Prince George, Nelson and Pemberton, we have seen new and renewed interest and community leadership.  Thanks to each of you for your enthusiasm and we look forward to having everyone in one place for an exciting event in just over 3 weeks!

Congratulations all!
